Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of downhole drilling tools, ensuring mechanical integrity and performance standards are met.

- Demonstrable understanding of materials science, stress analysis, and structural integrity in demanding environments.
- Excellent problem–solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
