Responsibilities
- Lead and manage both customer projects and internal development initiatives related to space-grade power electronics, applying PMI/PMBOK project management standards.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards.
- Drive the implementation of project milestones, including the execution of Q-gates with comprehensive documentation for effective project tracking.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractor activities, overseeing procurement and ensuring smooth integration of work packages.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across departments.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, progress reports, and lessons learned to inform continuous improvement.

Essential Skills & Experience
