What you\’ll be doing:

Building lasting relationships with engineering businesses through consultative sales and business development.

Sourcing high‐quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach.

Matching candidates to client requirements, managing interviews, and guiding both sides through the hiring process.

Developing specialist knowledge in engineering and technical recruitment.

Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
