We’re looking for a Project Manager / Producer to join our fast-paced agency team. In this role, you’ll manage digital, web, and creative projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery while collaborating with clients, designers, developers, and strategists. You’ll need strong organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to keep projects on track, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Project & Production Management: Manage end-to-end project delivery, from briefing and scoping to execution and launch. Develop and maintain timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure smooth workflows. Work closely with internal teams (design, development, strategy) to align on project goals. Oversee quality control and ensure all deliverables meet agency and client standards. Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and scope changes proactively.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management. Lead status meetings, project updates, and client presentations. Work with account managers and leadership to align client goals with agency capabilities.
- Process & Delivery Optimisation: Champion best practices in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall depending on project needs. Continuously look for efficiency improvements in delivery and communication.
