The Role

As a member of the Business Development team, you will be responsible for opening new doors taking responsibility of our pipeline generation, creating strategic opportunities working with our sales teams, and expanding io.tt’s commercial footprint. This is a market-expansion focused role. You’ll identify, engage and qualify new brand and partner opportunities, working closely with Enterprise Sales to convert them into long-term platform revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New business strategy – Own the New Business development process, helping align meetings with senior stakeholders in beauty, spirits and CPG. Develop strategic outreach plans using a mix of direct prospecting, industry events and your own skillset.
  • Lead generation and pipeline development - Identify new client prospects and develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Lead qualification - work with the senior team to assess and qualify leads to determine their fit for the business and potential for conversion.
  • Outreach - develop and execute outreach plans to target specific pipeline clients and convert them.
  • Collaboration across teams – A crucial requirement across the business as we’re a close-knit team across marketing, sales, client servicing and solutions.
