What You'll Do
- Design, deploy, and maintain microwave and RF-based point-to-point network links
- Collaborate with trading infrastructure and site teams to reduce latency between data centers
- Perform link budget analysis, antenna alignment, and RF signal optimization
- Work closely with vendors on site selection, regulatory approvals, and hardware integration
- Tune, monitor, and troubleshoot RF links to maximize uptime and latency efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Hands‑on experience with microwave networking, custom RF, or line‑of‑sight wireless deployments
- Proven track record in low‑latency environments HFT, telcos, or latency‑sensitive networking
- Deep knowledge of routing/switching, Linux networking, and packet‑level analysis (Wireshark, tcpdump)
- Familiarity with tools like Pathloss or spectrum planning tools is a plus
Nice to Have
- Exposure to dark fiber, optical transport, or hybrid network design
- Experience working with vendors like Aviat, Ceragon, Ubiquiti, or custom RF providers
