i O Sphere is seeking a part-time Inclusion and Safeguarding Coordinator to ensure the needs of every learner are met, from coaching adjustments to safeguarding follow-through.
You will own ALS briefings, one-to-one follow-through, and maintain evidence to meet Ofsted standards.
This role is remote with some time in London, offering 2 days per week and potential expansion as the team grows.
You will work closely with the DSL and Head of Quality to embed inclusive practice across delivery.
