iO Sphere is seeking a part-time, hybrid role in the UK to own how inclusion actually works in practice for every learner who declares a need. You will ensure coaches deliver agreed adjustments, run ALS briefings, and close safeguarding actions with responsible owners, documenting outcomes to inspection-ready standards.
You will work closely with the DSL, reporting to Head of Quality, and contribute to a culture where records prove real learner support and progress within Aptem.
