You will ensure learners receive the adjustments agreed, support coaches, and track safeguarding follow-through to closure, with Aptem as the evidence backbone.
Experience in safeguarding, inclusion, SEND or learner support and a DSL collaboration mindset are essential. DBS, Prevent training and right to work in the UK are required.
