iO Sphere is recruiting a part-time Inclusion and Safeguarding Lead to turn policy into practice across the UK. You’ll ensure learners’ needs are met, coaches are equipped, and safeguarding concerns are followed through to the end.
You’ll embed inclusive culture, run ALS briefings, own the one-to-one follow-through, and work with the DSL to close cases. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role shaping how learners are supported day to day.
