Helping companies and individuals master data & AI skills! iO Sphere | London preferred, UK-wide considered | Hybrid | Full-time or part-time
Youâve implemented GDPR frameworks, built governance policies that people actually follow, and helped organisations navigate the messy reality of data risk and compliance. You know the difference between box-ticking and governance that genuinely protects an organisation.
Now you want to do something different with your skills â coaching working professionals to build real capability in data governance, AI governance, and ethical decisionâmaking. You bring the governance expertise. If you havenât coached before, weâll train you. Fullâtime or partâtime, London or elsewhere in the UK â we want to hear from you.
About iOâSphere: Traditional training is broken. People finish courses with theory but no real capability â the experience gap. We solve that. At iOâSphere, learners donât sit through lectures. They come to work in PRISM, our fully simulated company with 500m+ rows of real data, where they tackle realistic business problems and build practical skills they can use immediately. Combined with highâtouch coaching from people whoâve actually done the work, we deliver real capability development â not just content consumption.
We also know that technical skills alone donât make someone great at their job. Thatâs why our programmes develop the full skill set: critical thinking, problemâsolving, business acumen, communication, and professional skills. Weâre training people to be effective in the workplace, not just pass a test. Weâre one of the UKâs fastestâgrowing Data & AI training companies, and weâre building something genuinely different.
The Team & Culture: Our coaching team is exceptional â former data scientists, analytics directors, engineers, governance specialists, and AI practitioners who decided to do something different with their expertise. Youâd be joining a highâperforming, tightâknit group that takes ownership, holds itself to a high bar, and has a lot of fun doing it. We value people who take responsibility, move fast, and care deeply about learner outcomes. If you thrive with autonomy and want your ideas to actually get implemented, youâll fit right in.
The Impact: Weâre rated 4.9 stars on Google â and thatâs because of our coaches. Youâll watch people transform from uncertain to confident, from seeing governance as a blocker to becoming the trusted voice on risk and ethics in their organisation. The feels never get old. Thatâs what makes it all worth it. Weâre also at an inflection point. 700+ learners trained, real momentum, and 2026 is when we scale â new programmes, new products, bigger team. If you want to join something early and grow with it, this is the time.
What Youâll Do: Coach working professionals through our Data & AI Strategy programme. Youâll focus on the governance, ethics, and compliance modules â helping ambitious data professionals step into leadership by mastering data governance, AI governance, GDPR, and organisational risk. These arenât people learning governance for the first time; theyâre building the strategic capability to lead it.
- Delivering engaging, scenarioâled sessions that bring governance concepts to life
- Guiding learners through PRISMâbased governance challenges â DPIAs, retention policies, risk assessments
- Providing clear, constructive feedback on governance artefacts and how they communicate their thinking
- Coaching on critical thinking about risk, ethics, privacy, and organisational tradeâoffs
- Running 1:1 coaching conversations that build confidence and momentum
- Tracking learner progress and intervening early when someoneâs struggling
- Maintaining accurate records and evidence (weâre regulated, so organisation matters)
- Collaborating with the wider coaching and quality teams
Shape the programme as you deliver it. These programmes are new and evolving. Youâll have real input into quality and execution â if you see a better way to teach something, we want to hear it and weâll actually implement it. Work across different programme types. Beyond skillsâlevy programmes, youâll also coach on our applied diplomas and commercial training â different learner types, fresh challenges, and variety you wonât get elsewhere. Get involved as we grow. Weâre launching new products throughout 2026, and thereâs real opportunity to contribute beyond your core coaching role.
Why This Isnât Like Other Coaching Jobs: Techâfirst = less admin, more coaching. Our systems handle the paperwork so you spend time with learners, not drowning in compliance busywork. Highâquality product. Youâre delivering something wellâdesigned that actually works â not apologising for broken curriculum. Room to build. Programmes are fresh. Youâre not just following a script; youâre helping make it better.
Must have:
