You will coach real AI work from learners’ own organisations over a 15-month programme, focusing on framing problems, trusting models, and stakeholder buy-in.
You’ll run weekly live coaching, manage a 16–28 learner caseload, and provide monthly progression guidance, with quarterly reviews and detailed feedback. DBS/safeguarding are required.
