iO Sphere is seeking a part-time safeguarding and inclusion specialist in the UK, with remote work and occasional London-based collaboration. You will own how learners receive support, ensure follow-through, and align with safeguarding standards across Aptem records.
Reporting to the Head of Quality and working with the DSL, you will drive inclusive practice, coordinate ALS briefings, and ensure every learner’s need is met and documented for inspection readiness.
