iO Sphere is seeking a part-time Inclusion and Safeguarding Lead to ensure every learner who declares a need actually receives what was agreed. The role sits remote in the UK with some London time and reports to the Head of Quality / DSL.
You will embed inclusive practice, run ALS briefings, own the one-to-one follow-through, and ensure safeguarding actions are tracked to KCSIE standards. DBS and right to work in the UK are required.
