Instead of sifting applications, we select candidates through a 10-week programme where you work on real data and show what you can actually do — and our partner employers hire directly from the cohort.
It's fully funded by Enterprise Oxfordshire through the Skills Bootcamps programme — free to you, no fees to the employer.

- Join the cohort — 10 weeks working in PRISM, our simulated company with 500m+ rows of real data
- Build a portfolio — Excel, Power BI, Big Query, AI tools and real stakeholder projects
- Meet employers — partners hire the best directly from the cohort
- Get placed — if a partner doesn't hire you, you get continued career coaching until you land a role
