iO Sphere is seeking a part-time role based in the UK, with remote work and occasional London presence, to own how inclusion works in practice for our learners.
You will ensure each declared need is acted on, run ALS briefings, manage one-to-one follow-through, safeguard with the DSL, and keep Aptem records audit-ready for Ofsted.
The role requires safeguarding experience, experience in apprenticeship provision, familiarity with Aptem, and the right to work in the UK; DBS check required.
