If you can explain user stories, workflows, and AI in a way that actually makes sense to normal humans, this role is for you. We are hiring an AI & Business Analyst Training Coach to develop the next wave of analysts who understand data, AI, communication, and real problem solving. If you want a role with impact, autonomy, and the chance to shape applied learning in a modern startup, you'll love it here.

About iO-Sphere: iO-Sphere is one of the fastest-growing training providers in the Data & AI space. We train learners using Prism, our synthetic e-commerce company with 500m+ rows of live data, giving them real industry experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and management of a 15-month technical apprenticeship programme.
  • Ensure all teaching and assessment aligns directly with the mandatory Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard for Business Analyst.
  • Deliver and assess content that prepares apprentices for the nationally recognised apprenticeship.
  • Maintain an active record of learner evidence, providing clear feedback and direction for learning.
  • Regularly meet with learners and managers to check progress and relevant application within the workplace.
  • Design, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons, workshops, and coaching sessions, managing approximately 25-30 hours of student-facing time per week.
  • Oversee and guide apprentices through the execution of large-scale, industry-relevant projects inside our synthetic company, Prism.
  • Prepare apprentices thoroughly for their final End-Point Assessment (EPA).
  • Provide personalised, ongoing coaching focusing critically on technical mastery and the essential soft skills: curiosity, problem-solving, critical thinking, and compelling storytelling.
  • Regularly assess apprentice performance, provide detailed, constructive feedback on analysis, and ensure high retention and success rates.
You’ll Succeed Here If You Have:
  • Functional industry experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
  • Working knowledge of AI concepts, automation, and modern digital tools.
  • Experience translating technical information for non-technical audiences.
  • A flair for breaking down complexity so others can understand it.
  • Previous coaching, training, or mentoring experience with adults (ideal not required).
  • Teaching/assessment qualifications (AET, CAVA, etc. useful but not essential).
Your First 90 Days:
  • Deliver your BA and AI pathway independently.
  • Run your first Prism-based projects.
  • Establish a coaching rhythm that builds learner momentum.
  • Prepare apprentices for structured assessments and EPA.
  • Build strong learner relationships that drive progression and confidence.
Why iO-Sphere?

This isn’t a corporate BA training job. You will:

  • Teach real analysis inside a synthetic company with live, messy, business-grade data.
  • Shape the future of applied learning in Business Analysis and AI.
  • Influence the curriculum, coaching model, and overall learner experience.
  • Work in a startup where good ideas actually get built, not buried.
  • Join a mission-driven team committed to opening doors to high-growth digital careers.
