About the Client
Our client operates in the aerospace manufacturing sector, working in highly regulated, safety-critical environments.
Role Overview
This role sits within the Quality Development & Major Industrial Projects team, supporting aircraft modifications and development programmes. The focus is on APQP, preventative quality methods, and lineside quality support to ensure safe, repeatable production.
Key Responsibilities
- Support quality industrialisation for mods, developments, and transfers
- Apply APQP and quality standards
- Lead and support FMEA activities
- Create and maintain Control Plans
- Plan and execute Production Process Verification (PPV)
- Support Cost of Non-Quality activities
- Provide lineside quality support during SoP and test phases
- Support KC and CTI cascade from engineering teams
Required Experience
- Experience in quality or manufacturing engineering
- Strong knowledge of APQP and preventative quality methods
- Experience supporting production environments and process validation
- Ability to work on product or aircraft modifications
Preferred Experience
- Aerospace background preferred (automotive also considered)
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
Working Pattern
Standard day shift initially. Flexibility to move to other shifts with notice.
