Overview

We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to support a key POS programme within a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment in Woking (hybrid working). The role will focus on delivery governance, reporting, and coordination across multiple workstreams. This position also includes line management responsibility for one junior PMO team member.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead PMO activities across a complex transformation programme
  • Maintain integrated plans, reporting, and key governance documentation
  • Track progress, dependencies, and milestones across workstreams
  • Produce clear and accurate reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Support stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
  • Ensure effective use of Monday.com for planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Manage and support one junior PMO team member (tasking, oversight, development)
  • Support continuous improvement of PMO processes and delivery standards

Key Requirements

  • Proven PMO experience within complex programmes or transformation environments
  • Strong experience in POS (Point of Sale) or similar retail/transaction-based projects
  • Must have strong, hands-on experience using Monday.com
  • Experience producing high-quality reporting and governance outputs
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring junior team members
  • Strong organisation, communication, and coordination skills
