Manufacturing Quality Process EngineerLocation: Woking, SurreyContract: 6 months (Possible Extensions)Rate: Β£46.31 per hour UmbrellaAn established automotive engineering company based in Woking is continuing to expand its team and is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Quality Process Engineer to support its manufacturing operations. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and improving manufacturing quality, ensuring processes are robust, compliant and capable of consistently delivering high-quality products.

You will be responsible for: Developing and maintaining Control Plans and PFMEAsLeading 8D, 5 Why and Root Cause AnalysisManaging process and torque auditsInvestigating and driving non-conformances through to resolutionImplementing and verifying manufacturing quality changesAnalysing quality data and identifying opportunities for improvementWorking closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Launch teamsWe're looking for someone with: Previous automotive manufacturing or quality engineering experienceStrong experience with Control Plans and PFMEAProven experience using 8D, 5 Why and Root Cause AnalysisKnowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP and Lean ManufacturingExperience with engineering drawings and GD&TStrong problem-solving and stakeholder management skillsIf you're an experienced Automotive Quality Engineer looking for your next contract opportunity in Woking, apply now or get in touch for more information.
