SC Cleared Service Designer - £550 to £600 per day - SC Clearance Required.
Our client is undertaking a major transformation across its Product and Service Domain, including the development of six strategic service lines. They are looking for an experienced SC-cleared Service Designer to support a 10-12 week Discovery phase engagement.
The successful candidate will help map complex end-to-end journeys, identify service improvements, and design seamless experiences across people, processes, systems, and data. This role will operate at a strategic level, contributing to enterprise-wide service transformation within a multidisciplinary delivery team.
Requirements
- Active SC Clearance
- Strong experience working within GDS frameworks
- Expertise in service design techniques and journey mapping
- Experience mapping interactions across users, systems, data, and operational processes
- Ability to identify opportunities for service and organisational improvement
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
