We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive milestones and deliver contractual transformation requirements across multiple business and technology workstreams on a global CAFM upgrade programme

The successful candidate will have proven experience within Facilities Management, ideally covering FM Help Desk services, CAFM platforms, field service tools and contract mobilisation.

The assignment is outside IR35 and will require 2 days per week on site in Manchester (3 days per week can be remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and actions through to completion.
  • Coordinate delivery across complex, matrix business and IT teams.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops and requirements gathering.
  • Support the translation of operational requirements into effective technology solutions.
  • Provide strong project governance and delivery oversight across multiple workstreams.
  • Work closely with FM, Operations, IT and Digital teams to ensure successful delivery.

Essential skills and experience:

You will be a highly organised, detail-oriented and delivery-focused Project Manager with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. You will be comfortable operating across both Project Management and Business Analysis, with the ability to understand operational requirements and ensure technology solutions meet business needs. xiskglj

FM experience is essential, particularly exposure to mobilisation, CAFM, FM Help Desk or field service environments.
