North Hertfordshire, UK - Site-based

Up to £40/ph Inside IR35

iO Associates are aligned with a global Aerospace leader and are looking for an experienced Project Leader to deliver CAPEX building services (M&E) projects from feasibility and design through to site delivery and handover. You'll lead multi-functional teams and external consultants, manage work packages, and ensure technical compliance and H&S throughout.

Key responsibilities:
  • End-to-end project delivery: scope, plan, design/spec, delivery, handover
  • Lead multi-functional teams + external partners (e.g., QS/CDM/consultants)
  • Produce project documentation (reports/specs/costs/programme)
  • Monitor on-site progress, quality, compliance and safety
What we need:
  • Proven CAPEX project delivery experience (FM/building services ideal)
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical plant/systems in existing buildings
  • ONC/HNC (or equivalent) in Building Services/Engineering
  • Confident stakeholder management; MS Project/SharePoint/G Suite beneficial
  • Professional membership (CIBSE/IMechE/IET) beneficial
