The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Senior Grant Moderation & QA Leads to support the review, moderation and quality assurance of public sector funding assessments. Working alongside assessment teams, you will ensure scoring consistency, challenge assessment outcomes where appropriate, and maintain robust audit-ready documentation. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in moderation, assurance, audit, evaluation panels or procurement evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead moderation and quality assurance activities across funding assessments.
- Review scoring variances and ensure consistency of decision making.
- Challenge assessment outcomes where evidence does not support recommendations.
- Support calibration exercises and moderation panels.
- Produce clear, defensible and auditable moderation records.
- Ensure compliance with assessment methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of assessment processes.
