IO Associates is seeking a Project Management Business Partner (PMBP) for a company that supports government and commercial customers with end-to-end capabilities, from design and manufacturing to in-service support. It operates at the forefront of innovation, combining engineering excellence with high standards of safety, security and reliability.
You will support end-to-end project delivery through planning, governance, risk management, reporting, and milestone tracking to ensure successful execution of CAPEX programmes.
Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills, with experience driving mitigation plans and delivery performance.
- Ability to lead, motivate and manage a Multi-Functional Project Team (MFT).
- 3 – 5 years practical experience in project management.
- Aerospace experience highly preferred.
- Experience in risk management, budget management, scheduling, contract management.
