Are you a proactive recruitment professional with a passion for sourcing top technical and engineering talent in the aerospace sector? We\’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruitment cycle for a diverse portfolio of roles within aerospace. You\’ll be a true business partner, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and attract the best candidates.
What You\’ll Do:
- Create engaging, compliant, and diversity-friendly job adverts to promote vacancies.
- Screen applications and actively contribute to candidate selection and decision-making.
- Define sourcing strategies, using social media, LinkedIn, and direct approaches to attract top talent.
- Lead and own the interview process as the HR representative.
- Influence the Talent Acquisition approach with your market knowledge and recruitment expertise.
- Support wider HR and Talent Acquisition projects.
About You:
- Extensive recruitment experience, ideally combining agency and in-house or RPO exposure.
- Proven track record recruiting technical or engineering talent, preferably in aerospace.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience attracting hard-to-find profiles.
- Comprehensive understanding of the labour market and effective strategies to overcome recruitment challenges.
