A skilled SC Cleared Software Engineer with strong Java and cloud development experience is required for an innovative organisation delivering cloud-based geospatial software solutions used in complex, data-driven environments.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java applications.
  • Implement cloud-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Contract: 12-month contract

Location: Newcastle, UK (Hybrid - 4 days onsite, Friday remote)

Rate: Up to £60 per hour (Inside IR35)
