Overview
We're seeking a Test & Integration Lead to define and own the test and integration strategy across a secure government transformation programme within a SAFe environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own end-to-end test & integration strategy
- Lead integration across legacy, cloud, and SaaS systems
- Ensure alignment with architecture, security, and delivery governance
- Oversee non-functional testing (performance, resilience, security)
- Manage environments, dependencies, and release readiness
- Provide Go / No-Go release recommendations
- Drive supplier and stakeholder alignment across workstreams
- Support assurance for security accreditation and service acceptance
Required Experience
- Leading test & integration on large, complex programmes
- Government / secure / regulated environment experience
- Strong SAFe / Agile / DevOps understanding
- Experience with CI/CD, API and automation testing
- Multi-supplier and stakeholder management
- Risk-based decision making in live environments
Clearance
