A Senior Quantity Surveyor - HVAC/Nuclear is needed to work with a specialist engineering and asset services organisation, that supports complex industrial and technical facilities through design, installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance activities. They provide tailored solutions that ensure process reliability, operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
You will support the commercial team in applying legal and regulatory principles within construction and manufacturing environments, while developing skills in budgeting, cost control, sustainability, and project financial management.
Skills:
- Active Security Clearance (SC) - strongly preferred.
- Strong experience working as a Quantity Surveyor (QS).
- Working knowledge of NEC and JCT forms of contract.
- Multi-site experience.
- Experience within HVAC/Nuclear.
