As a Senior / Lead Electronics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and qualifying electronics for a state-of-the-art Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite platform. Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end development of space-grade electronic systems, from initial requirements capture to flight-ready hardware.
- Design, prototype, and review analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit boards, ensuring they meet stringent space standards.
- Oversee schematic creation, component selection, PCB layout, and manufacturing considerations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing, validation, and qualification plans, including environmental stress testing.
- Ensure all designs comply with space-specific requirements such as radiation hardening, EMI/EMC standards, and thermal management.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electronics into satellite subsystems.
- Provide technical guidance through project reviews, and champion best practices within the electronics domain.
- Contribute to process improvements and establish robust technical standards for future hardware development.
- Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

- Familiarity with EMI/EMC testing standards and procedures relevant to space hardware.
- Experience in reliability analysis, including derating, worst-case circuit analysis, and FMECA.
- Ability to interface electronics with sensors, actuators, RF components, and avionics systems.
- Prior leadership or mentoring experience within engineering teams.
- Background in satellite or spacecraft electronics development.
- Expertise in radiation-tolerant design and mitigation techniques.
