One of our established clients are looking for a Workday Analyst to join them on a contract basis up until the end of March. The business themselves was founded almost 10 years ago to boost the innovation and research capabilities of the UK. They operate across the whole of the UK with a combined budget of more than £6 billion, investing in areas such as Medical, Biotechnology and Environmental research.
As a Senior Workday Analyst, you will lead and support the delivery of their Workday platform, covering HCM, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Integrations, Security and Reporting. In this role you will play a critical part in supporting both strategic and operational delivery, leading a small internal team and liaising with third party suppliers and stakeholders across functional teams.
To be considered you need to have experience in the following:
- 5+ years of Workday experience
- Proven experience configuring and supporting Workday in a senior SME capacity
- Involved in at least two full life cycle Workday implementations
- Expertise in HCM, Reporting, and at least one of: Integrations, Security, or Financials
- Experience with operational support, release management, and stakeholder engagement
