iO Associates is recruiting an experienced User Researcher with UX design experience for a 3-6 month contract in the public sector. Remote with monthly office attendance and possible expensed client site visits.
You will research, understand and communicate user needs across the development lifecycle (discovery to live) and plan and conduct user research activities with diverse users, championing participation in research with the product team.
