My client, a UK-based Salesforce consultancy, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to support major transformation initiatives across M&A, org consolidation, and AI-driven enhancements. This is a 6-month contract (strong potential to extend), fully remote across the UK/EU with occasional site visits.
In this role, you will be translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and will lead Salesforce workstreams for M&A, org merges, user onboarding, and data harmonisation.
Responsibilities:
- Configure Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Lightning Pages, etc.
- Guide Admins and collaborate with Developers and integration teams.
- Support rollout of AI-enabled features including Einstein GPT and Data Cloud.
- Produce clear documentation and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Promote best practices in governance, release management, and scalable design.
What You Bring:
- 5 years Salesforce experience in consulting or internal delivery roles.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud.
- Hands-on configuration experience (Flows, Objects, Record Types).
- Proven involvement in M&A Salesforce projects.
- Strong architecture, data modelling, and communication skills.
- Salesforce Advanced Admin certification.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Einstein GPT/AI features, App Builder/Consultant certs, multi-org setups, and data governance.
