Due to continued investment in new product development, they are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer - NPI (TMS) to join their team in Clevedon. This is a key technical role where you will lead mechanical engineering activities across New Product Introduction (NPI) programmes, taking products from concept through to production launch. Your Role You will: Lead mechanical engineering activities on NPI projects from concept through to production launch. Own mechanical architecture decisions, balancing performance, manufacturability, reliability, serviceability and cost. Develop mechanical solutions for advanced thermal management products used in demanding semiconductor environments. Lead 3D modelling, detailed component and assembly design activities. Apply thermal engineering principles, including heat transfer and thermal system optimisation. Contribute to thermal modelling and system performance analysis. Work closely with manufacturing teams to support product industrialisation. Collaborate with electrical, controls, systems and test engineers on integrated product solutions. Provide occasional customer-site support for installation and commissioning, typically around once per year. To Succeed, You Will Need Essential Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Thermal Engineering or a related discipline.
