Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the discovery phase of a data and reporting transformation programme. The role will focus on understanding the current reporting landscape, identifying business requirements, and helping define a future‑state data solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document existing data flows, reporting processes, and system dependencies
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather and define requirements
- Review data mappings and reporting logic across multiple platforms
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improved governance and reporting
- Produce clear documentation, process maps, and functional specifications
- Support the definition of a target‑state architecture and delivery roadmap
Key Requirements
- Proven Business Analysis experience within data, BI, or reporting programmes
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data flows, and reporting environments
- Experience working with SQL databases and cloud‑based data platforms
- Familiarity with Python, Airflow, Tableau, and Power BI environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
- Ability to work across both technical and non‑technical teams
- Experience within digital media, advertising, or data‑driven commercial environments is advantageous
