Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the discovery phase of a data and reporting transformation programme. The role will focus on understanding the current reporting landscape, identifying business requirements, and helping define a future‑state data solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and document existing data flows, reporting processes, and system dependencies
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather and define requirements
  • Review data mappings and reporting logic across multiple platforms
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improved governance and reporting
  • Produce clear documentation, process maps, and functional specifications
  • Support the definition of a target‑state architecture and delivery roadmap

Key Requirements

  • Proven Business Analysis experience within data, BI, or reporting programmes
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data flows, and reporting environments
  • Experience working with SQL databases and cloud‑based data platforms
  • Familiarity with Python, Airflow, Tableau, and Power BI environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
  • Ability to work across both technical and non‑technical teams
  • Experience within digital media, advertising, or data‑driven commercial environments is advantageous
