Senior SAP ABAP Developer needed – 12 month contract – Hybrid I’m currently looking for a SAP ABAP Developer, based in the UK with experience in HR. Your role will be to build a new SAP payroll in accordance with business requirements, policies (eg global template) and valid procedures. The role will also need to deliver project work packages that you are responsible for in addition to advising, supporting, proactively informing and training your key stakeholders as required. Responsibilities: To ensure interface between functional experts and the other HRIS experts as well as external stakeholders. To understand and analyse detailed business requirements while considering implications of the existing payroll configurations. To analyse impact of evolutions and assess impacts on the consistency of the local and global environments. To decide on the most appropriate technical SAP solution and deliver it. To develop appropriate test scripts to support the successful implementation. To assess the impact of SAP updates and change packages ensuring that the required configuration is updated appropriately.
