Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line support across hardware, software, networking, and cloud
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLAs, supporting 1st line as escalation
- Monitor systems, manage patching, and implement changes
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on complex issues
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years in IT support / Service Desk (ideally MSP)
- Strong Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking knowledge
- Exposure to virtualisation (VMware/Hyper‑V) and cloud (Azure/AWS)
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
