We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant with hands-on experience in Service Cloud Voice to help deliver modern, voice-enabled customer service solutions. In this role, you will work with clients to design and implement contact centre solutions using Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and Agentforce, helping them improve how they engage with their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering Service Cloud Voice solutions
- Running or supporting workshops, solution design, and technical planning
- Configuring and customising Salesforce Service Cloud Voice
- Supporting go-lives and post-implementation improvements
- Work closely with both business and technical teams, supporting projects from discovery through to delivery and optimisation
Core Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or contact centre platforms
- Practical experience with Service Cloud Voice and ideally Amazon Connect or similar telephony platforms
- Strong understanding of contact center operations
- Experience with telephony, CTI, or AWS tools is beneficial
