My client, a leading consultancy specializing in Salesforce transformation, AI innovation, and digital customer experience, is looking for a Salesforce Developer with Agentforce / Agentic AI experience to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of Salesforce innovation, designing and delivering next-generation AI-powered solutions using Salesforce's Agentforce platform and broader Salesforce ecosystem.
You'll collaborate with architects, consultants, and enterprise clients to build intelligent, scalable applications that transform customer and employee experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
- Build and configure AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Agentic AI capabilities.
- Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, and middleware technologies.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing platform optimisation.
- Stay up to date with emerging Salesforce AI capabilities and recommend innovative approaches to client challenges.
What You'll Bring:
- 3 years' experience as a Salesforce Developer within enterprise or consulting environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Agentic AI, Einstein AI, or AI-powered Salesforce solutions.
- Strong development skills across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model, and best practices.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
