Salesforce Technical Architect – 12 Months contract

My client is a consulting firm seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to deliver multi-cloud solutions across Telecom, Insurance, and other industries. With expertise in Revenue Cloud, OmniStudio, and Agentforce AI, they help global clients transform customer engagement and drive growth through enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
This is a pivotal leadership role, owning the design and delivery of end-to-end technical architecture, ensuring best-practice solutions across complex, multi-cloud projects.
What You\’ll Do
- Drive the technical architecture for large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
- Mentor and guide development teams, setting coding and deployment standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions.
- Support presales, proofs-of-concept, and demos, especially in Telecom and Insurance.
Required
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Senior Solution Architect.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce core (Sales, Service, Experience) and at least one industry-specialist cloud (e.g., Vlocity/Industries, Marketing, Financial Services).
- Hands-on expertise with Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing), OmniStudio, and complex integrations.
- Strong development skills (Apex, LWC, APIs) and excellent stakeholder management.
Desirable
- Experience with Agentforce AI / Einstein GPT or similar Salesforce AI solutions.
- Telecom or Insurance project experience.
- Salesforce CTA or Specialist certifications.
