Role: Healthcare Sales Consultant - EPR & Digital Health

Location: UK Wide (travel to client sites required)

In this role, you will be selling directly to C-suite executives, boards, clinicians, nurse leadership, and other senior leaders across NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Systems (ICS/ICBs). This role requires a dedicated Solution Sales professional with a Consultative Sales approach. You will need to be comfortable acting as both a hunter building the pipeline and a farmer cultivating long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Selling EPR solutions and services directly into the NHS,ICS/ICBs, and community healthcare settings.
  • Creating and following the blueprint for successful C-suite customer engagement, including annual strategic presentations, aligning goals, and building relationships.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on industry issues and trends impacting hospitals and NHS Trusts.
  • Coordinating and delivering effective demonstrations of the software solutions to senior-level audiences.
  • Utilising sales tools to maintain accurate account profiles and track sales opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

  • Solution & Consultative Sales Experience: A proven track record of managing long, complex sales cycles and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working within the NHS, including NHS Trusts or community health environments.
  • Consistent ability to deliver strong performance, work with procurement leadership, and get contracts signed.
  • A self-starter with excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating complex dynamics alongside the US-based team.
  • A clear understanding of healthcare industry initiatives and NHS practices.
