We\’re seeking an experienced RF Design Engineer to join our growing satellite communications engineering team. In this role, you\’ll take ownership of RF subsystem development for advanced ground terminal applications, contributing to the design, simulation, testing, and optimisation of high-performance RF solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop RF subsystems and modules for satellite communication terminals.
- Perform system-level simulations, performance analysis, and validation testing.
- Support prototyping, lab measurements, and performance optimisation.
- Collaborate across engineering disciplines to deliver robust, scalable designs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant communication and environmental standards.
About You
- Proven experience in RF or microwave design, ideally within satellite or communication systems.
- Strong grasp of RF circuit principles and practical design optimisation.
- Skilled in using industry-standard simulation and testing tools.
- Ability to work across design, analysis, and validation phases with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Exposure to PCB layout, automation, or EM simulation tools is a plus.
