Quantity Surveyor Building Services Engineering Winchester (4 days in the office) Salary up to £50,000 (DOE) We’re looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic cost management team in Winchester. You’ll work on exciting projects across education, residential, and public sectors, while progressing your career in a supportive and collaborative environment. What you’ll do: Manage costs from project inception to completion Prepare estimates, cost plans, and tender documents Advise clients on budgets, contracts, and procurement Provide robust cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle Build strong client relationships and contribute to team success What we’re looking for: Relevant degree in a quantity surveying, or similar, RICS accredited course.
