iO Associates is looking for a Quality Lineside Engineer to join a global aerospace leader specialising in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defence, and space sectors. You'll play a key role in supporting quality assurance activities, ensuring products, processes and services meet required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality assurance support across products, processes and services.
- Review drawings, parts and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
- Conduct audits and surveillance activities to ensure adherence to quality systems.
- Analyse quality data, report findings and present updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and quality concerns.
What We're Looking For
- Experience within a Quality or Engineering role in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills (5 Whys, Ishikawa or similar).
- Confident in analysing data and communicating findings.
- Excellent stakeholder management and team collaboration skills.
