Our Client, a leading provider of health services, is looking for a talented Product Manager to join their innovative team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the product strategy and drive the development of cutting-edge solutions that positively impact the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional products that meet customer needs, drive business growth, and improve workers' health and well-being.
- Define and communicate a clear, compelling product vision aligned with the company's mission and business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to inform and refine product strategy.
- Create and prioritise product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and release plans to drive the product development process.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Gain a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and behaviours through research and data analysis to inform product decisions.
- Advocate for user experience improvements and lead initiatives to enhance product usability.
- Ensure successful product launches by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Define KPIs and track product performance and reach business goals.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation through to end-of-life decisions.

- Proven experience with product management tools such as Microsoft DevOps, JIRA, or Linear.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or related field).
