Procurement Supply Chain Leader Opportunity Are you an experienced professional in supply chain management, passionate about driving strategic excellence and fostering growth? An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead a team of seven professionals in material planning, procurement, and plant maintenance stores. The Role As the Procurement Supply Chain Leader, you\’ll work closely with senior management to shape the strategic direction of the department. Your primary goal will be to deliver on key objectives, including cost efficiency, compliance, and process improvements. While the role is predominantly on-site, it also offers flexible home-office options. This position also has significant succession potential, making it a compelling opportunity for future leaders. Responsibilities Oversee procurement and materials management, including raw materials, indirect procurement, and maintenance stores. Lead the implementation of a streamlined Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) strategy. Manage supplier compliance and conduct audits. Provide financial updates, including materials forecasting and purchase price variance reporting. Drive cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives. Support customs compliance and collaborate on audits. About You Professional qualifications (e.g., MCIPS) are desirable. Extensive supply chain experience in high-volume manufacturing.
