Are you an experienced Design Manager with a strong background in the UK Water sector? iO Associates are working with a leading engineering consultancy delivering some of the UK's largest and most complex water infrastructure projects, and they're looking to grow their Design & Build team. You'll lead multidisciplinary design teams, oversee the delivery of complex engineering projects from concept through construction, and play a key role in shaping critical water infrastructure across the UK.
Key Requirements:
- Proven Water industry experience (essential)
- Strong background in Design & Build (D&B) project delivery
- Chartered Engineer (or working towards chartership)
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing technical design delivery
- Knowledge of water infrastructure including wastewater, clean water, pipelines, hydraulics, and associated disciplines
- Strong stakeholder, client and contractor management skills
