Active SC Clearance required
12 month contract (likely extension)
London/South West (Hybrid working)
Start date: 06/07/2026
£600/day - Inside IR35
Our client is a consultancy supporting UK Central Government organisations through large-scale transformation programmes. This role sits at the heart of a major piece of change where the real challenge is people, not technology. There may be platforms and systems in the background, but the work here is focused on organisational and culture change, helping teams shift ways of working, leadership behaviours and operating rhythms so the change actually sticks.
They're looking for a Business Change Consultant who can lead the org/culture change work-stream from mobilisation through to embedding and adoption.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading org and culture change across a central government transformation programme
- Building engagement and communications plans for senior stakeholders and delivery teams
- Driving adoption through practical interventions (behaviours, capability, new ways of working)
- Managing change risks (resistance, fatigue, competing priorities) and putting mitigation in place
- Keeping change aligned to governance, key decisions and mobilisation milestones
- Reporting on readiness, adoption and benefits
Key requirements:
- Strong background in organisational/culture change in central government or wider public sector
- Credible with senior stakeholders (SRO/Director) and operational teams
- Outcomes-led change approach (readiness, adoption, benefits)
- Comfortable in high-scrutiny, multi-stakeholder environments
- Active SC Clearance (used within the last 12 months)
If you have active SC Clearance and the required experience, don't hesitate to apply.
