In this role, the NVH Manager will lead innovation and optimization efforts to address NVH challenges specific to electric vehicles, ensuring exceptional refinement, comfort, and overall product quality.

You bring proven knowledge and experience in:

  • Drive the development and validation of NVH strategies across all vehicle systems, with a focus on EV-specific challenges.
  • Define and cascade vehicle-level NVH targets to components, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  • Lead technical reviews, testing (virtual and physical), and root cause analysis to resolve NVH issues and enhance acoustic comfort.
  • Promote continuous improvement, mentor junior engineers, and refine NVH standards.

Responsibilities:

  • 8+ years\' experience in NVH development, including EV-specific challenges.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Acoustical, or related Engineering field.
  • Proven leadership in NVH projects, with strong skills in setting and managing technical specifications at all system levels.
  • Proficient in NVH testing, both virtual (CAE) and physical, using tools like LMS Test.Lab, B&K Pulse, and HyperMesh.
