A Health & Safety Advisor is required to join a fast-growing ICP delivering high-voltage, grid-connected infrastructure supporting the UK's transition to a low-carbon future. This is a hands-on position where you'll collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to embed best-in-class SHEQ practices, ensuring a strong safety culture and compliance across all operations.
You will be responsible for promoting a proactive SHEQ culture, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, and carrying out audits and site inspections. The role involves supporting projects from design through to delivery, including the preparation and review of RAMS and management plans, investigating incidents, and driving continuous improvement.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
- TechIOSH (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of SHEQ legislation (CDM, Working at Height, etc.)
- Experience within construction, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
